The maternal grandfather died of Diabetes.
The paternal grandmother died of Diabetes.
Diabetes, they say is hereditary.
I don’t want to have diabetes. And I plan never to.
This website is where I share, what I learn, and do, to fight Diabetes, proactively. I have been reading and listening to a lot of stuff on preventing Diabetes, and I decided not note them down somewhere, whenever I am not too lazy?
I am also the sharing kind for that matter.
Have you switched to sugarfree yet?
I did, long time ago, but not the whole hog.
Lemme give you my first tip.
I am a Tea addict, and I love my tea with sugar. Thank God! I love my coffee black, without sugar. But Tea, I want sugar. When I first decided to replace sugar with sugar-free, and did the switch actually, the tea tasted awful.
This is what I did.
I add about a Qtr of a Teaspoon of sugar, and two small pill of sugar free.
Some sugar is OK, if you don’t have Diabetes yet, no? I will burn the Qtr tsp sugar when I climb the stairs instead of taking the lift .
